Academics and Clubs

Neptune Middle School is filled with a community of dedicated teachers who work collaboratively and share the vision of all students achieving at high levels. We offer academic courses that cater to student’s needs, from remediation to high school credit. Here at NPMS the entire staff is committed to educating students to become productive, responsible citizens.

Our Career and Technical Education program helps students improve their math, science, literacy and problem-solving skills. These courses are specifically designed to enable students to explore career pathways, determine career interests and aptitudes, and develop basic technical skills in a variety of career areas.

The fine arts program at Neptune Middle School is exceptional! Students at NPMS can choose to take classes in Theatre, Visual Arts, Chorus, and Band. The classes in each progression, challenges the student to take creative risks while developing their skill. Our dedicated fine arts team has created a program that has become a huge part of our community.

The research is clear. Students who participate in extracurricular activities at school have higher GPA’s than their peers and are generally happier at school. Neptune Middle School has a variety of athletic teams for students to enjoy. Whether it’s track and field, we have a team for you. Most of our athletic teams have a history of winning county championships at the end of their seasons.
