Principal’s Message
Dear Neptune Family,
As we begin the second semester, Neptune Middle School continues its rich tradition of success and remains a model of excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics. My goal as principal of Neptune is to continue working alongside our dedicated teachers and staff to increase student achievement while providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Guided by our mission to provide an education that inspires all students to achieve their highest potential, we will remain focused on setting high expectations and providing the necessary support for every child, every chance, every day.
Please continue to take note of our start and end times. Unless your child is enrolled in the YMCA before-school program, which opens at 7:00 a.m., student drop-off can be no earlier than 9:00 a.m., with classes beginning at 9:30 a.m. Along with free breakfast for all students, I am pleased to share that all Neptune Middle School students will continue to receive free lunch during the second semester.
Our dismissal time remains 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with an early release on Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. Please ensure your child knows their after-school transportation plan each day.
A student’s experience at Neptune is strengthened through community support, and I encourage you to stay involved in your child’s education by becoming a SAC member and/or an OASIS Volunteer.
I look forward to continuing our strong partnership as we work together throughout the second semester to support our students and help them succeed.
